1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the fortuneph website located at fortuneph.one and any associated mobile-optimized versions of the platform. By accessing or using any part of the fortuneph platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

fortuneph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the fortuneph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations and PAGCOR licensing requirements.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of fortuneph or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the fortuneph platform or any other gambling platform operated by the Company.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

fortuneph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned at the Company's discretion after verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the fortuneph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if any information changes. fortuneph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify fortuneph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

fortuneph will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from fortuneph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, fortuneph may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

fortuneph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your fortuneph account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.

All transactions on the fortuneph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). fortuneph does not accept deposits made in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• fortuneph aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• fortuneph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.

Deposits made to your fortuneph account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. This requirement exists to prevent the use of the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes. fortuneph complies fully with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and AMLC reporting requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fortuneph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all fortuneph promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification, unless otherwise stated.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• fortuneph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the provision of false information, will be forfeited and the relevant accounts suspended.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the fortuneph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

fortuneph uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, fortuneph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, the Company reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds that were affected by a technical error. fortuneph's decision in such matters is final.

Bets placed on the fortuneph platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bets before confirmation. fortuneph will not reverse or cancel confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error or technical malfunction as determined by the Company.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fortuneph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to fortuneph support immediately.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward fortuneph staff or other players.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limitations, or self-exclusion measures.

8. Responsible Gaming

fortuneph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible from your account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

fortuneph will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services you have requested, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the fortuneph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of fortuneph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the fortuneph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from fortuneph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of fortuneph's intellectual property may result in legal action. The fortuneph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company and may not be used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fortuneph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information provided on the platform.

fortuneph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fortuneph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Account Termination

fortuneph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if, in the Company's sole discretion, you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if the Company is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination of your account for cause, fortuneph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or criminal activity is established, any real-money balances held in the account. Any such forfeiture will be carried out in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting fortuneph support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification.

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. fortuneph will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account fees, if applicable, will be disclosed in the relevant promotional or account terms at the time of registration.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

fortuneph operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with applicable Philippine gambling laws and regulations.

In the event of a dispute between you and fortuneph, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. fortuneph is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be escalated through the appropriate regulatory channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

fortuneph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fortuneph will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform.

The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the fortuneph platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
